1. Who we are

AdventurePic ("AdventurePic," "we," "us") is operated by Young Folks Consulting. These Terms govern your use of adventurepic.io, the AdventurePic mobile app, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. What the Service does

AdventurePic generates AI images and videos of you. You upload photos of yourself, we train a private AI model from them, and you use credits to generate images of yourself in places and scenes you choose. All output is synthetic. It depicts events that did not happen, and the Service labels itself accordingly.

3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must give us accurate information and keep it current.

4. Your photos and your face

This section matters more than any other. By uploading photos to train a model, you confirm that:

• the photos are of you, or of another adult who has given you their explicit permission to create an AI model of their likeness and who may revoke it (in which case you must delete the model);
• you will never upload photos of a minor;
• you will not upload photos of public figures, celebrities, or anyone who has not consented — regardless of where you found the photos.

Each trained model is private to your account. We do not share it, sell it, or use it to generate content for anyone else, and we do not use your photos or models to train models for other users.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• deceive — presenting generated images as authentic photographs in any context where authenticity matters (evidence, journalism, identification, insurance or immigration matters, dating profiles presented as real photographs of events that occurred, and the like);
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
• create sexual, violent, harassing, or defamatory depictions of any real person;
• violate any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• probe, overload, or interfere with the Service, or resell it without our agreement.

We use automated moderation (including face detection and content screening) and may reject uploads or generations, suspend accounts, or remove content that violates this section.

6. Credits, plans, and billing

• Generation is priced in credits. Current credit costs per image, video, or model training are shown in the app and may change prospectively.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Monthly plan credits reset at each renewal — unused plan credits do not roll over.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits do not expire.
• Payments are processed by Stripe (web) or Apple (iOS in-app purchase). Prices may differ between platforms. Apple purchases follow Apple's refund process.
• Except where required by law, fees and consumed credits are non-refundable. If a generation fails on our side, the credits are returned to your balance.

7. Ownership

• Your uploads stay yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the Service for you.
• Generated images are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the acceptable-use rules above. We claim no ownership of your outputs. You are responsible for how you use them.
• AI systems can produce similar output for different users; we cannot guarantee your generated images are unique.
• The Service itself — software, design, and branding — remains ours.

8. AI output — no guarantees

Generated content is produced by machine-learning systems and may be inaccurate, unflattering, anatomically wrong, or a poor likeness. Landmarks and places are rendered from research and reference data and may differ from the real location. We provide the Service "as is" and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Termination and deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app. Deletion permanently removes your uploaded photos, trained models, and generated content from our systems (backup copies are purged on a rolling basis within [30] days). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; where reasonable, we will tell you why.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for how you or others use generated content.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; if the changes are material we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
