Before you write in
- Photos don't look like you? Training quality depends almost entirely on the selfies you upload — 15–25 varied, well-lit photos of just you, no sunglasses, no group shots. Retraining with a better set usually fixes it.
- Purchase didn't add credits? Open Buy credits and tap Restore purchases — that re-syncs anything the store didn't hand us the first time.
- Bought on iPhone and want a refund? Apple handles refunds for in-app purchases directly, through reportaproblem.apple.com.
